Slouch hat
A little better picture of the finished silk and wool slouch hat. It had a bath last night and is drying. My inspiration was a hat worn by the main character in the movie of The Secret Garden, although this one is a bit more on the wild side.

The colors are very pretty. I like how you always knit with such rich colors. I don't think its wild; it just has some pizzazz to brighten your day. Do you have a sweater or top coat that has similar or complementary colors? Just curious as to the ensemble.
Love the slouch hat. Red's my thing, as you well know. Very nicely done.
And kudos to your son; he's no "slouch" himself!
